Our Team

Kelly Graham, graduated from Oklahoma University, is an occupational therapist for 24 years with extensive experience in the geriatric population, and holds a specialty certification in Dementia Care. Her therapy experience also includes neurologic, cardiac, orthopedic and orthotic rehabilitation. She is very proficient in providing caregiver and family training so appropriate, efficient and safe care for family members during and post rehabilitation will ensure continuity of care.
