If I could give Carolina at Dr. Physio I0 stars I would! Within 6 physical therapy sessions for the left side of my neck, clavicle, shoulder, ribs & dizziness, I am finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel. This is the most relief I’ve had in almost 2 years. Thku Carolina!

I am back to playing golf without pain!

Dear Tony: Today Friday, November 3, 2023, 5 holes in total. 3 par 3 consecutively followed by 1 bogey on a par 3 and 6 shots on a par 4. I have not played so well for a long time and Stephen Conte my pro said that I moved much better in “ one piece “ with good symmetry on both backswings and follow-through. Since you’re my lead Physiotherapist I wanted you to get the credit and also that I am quite pleased to work with you. Again many thanks.

I started coming to Dr. Physio for physical therapy as I was starting to experience pains from increased exercise. Marcelo has been my PT for just over 2 months now and I’m feeling stronger, working smarter, and experiencing less muscle strain in my runs & workouts. Their staff is very knowledgeable on muscle pain & they have many instruments to test your balance, flexibility, and strength. I recommend Dr. Physio to anyone experiencing muscle aches & looking to make their workouts work more for them!

My mom absolutely loves coming here, and their therapy has really had a tremendous impact on the quality of her life. The staff is always great to work worth. Her therapists Fran, Lenny, and Arif are extremely knowledgeable. I think what also really helps is that they genuinely care about my mom’s wellbeing. Carolina Alcantara is amazing at what she does. She’s very knowledgeable in her profession. She’s focused and committed to her patients care. She only sees one client at a time for her full attention when other PT places are treating 2-3 clients at the same time. It’s rare to find one person that can offer both physical therapy and massage therapy. I’ve had excellent results for my chronic degenerative condition and I’ll continue to work with her going forward. I highly recommend her services!

After a month-long illness that put me in and out of the hospital, I became very weak. I couldn’t stand on my own, walk on my own, or go up and down stairs.

I sought PT as a natural way to relieve my pain. Dr. Physio’s place was easy to get to and they were very accommodating. Each time I went, I left feeling revived, able to walk with better posture and diminished pain. I’ve learned from my cheerful, but serious, therapist how to manage my body tension and pain.

I fell twice within 2 weeks and had to be transported to the ER for stitches both times. It was determined that I needed PT. They found weaknesses in my hips, thighs, and ankles as well as serious balance issues. After walking gait are much improved. I now feel much more confident in my walking and daily movement. The therapy sessions were tough, but I am very happy now. I would definitely recommend the team at Dr. Physio for therapy needs.

A year ago I thought I’d need shoulder surgery and I would have to “live with” the pain caused by stenosis in my neck. Thanks to my doctor referring me to Dr. Physio, and the ministrations of my physical therapist, Carolina, those dismal thoughts are in the past.

Carolina deserves at least 12 gold stars out of 10! She’s a thoughtful, professional, and knowledgeable woman who takes a genuine interest in her work and explains the reasons for her for performing various treatments and exercises, which prods one to persevere.

My shoulder and arm movement are vastly improved and the pain is gone. No surgery for me! My neck too is vastly improved; range of movement is nearly normal and the intense pain is a thing of the past. The remaining soreness is a good trade for the hot rocks which are now gone! I came to Dr. Physio as an aid/CMT For a private client of mine. So being a worker for 24+ years I can give an educated overview of the staff. Not only are they knowledgeable and skillful but their passion and compassion their knowledge. They do not go through the motions, they truly care about their patients and clientele. Personally I would like to thank both Carolina and Leticia for the helpful hints that they have given me. The other morning Leticia went through a “dry-run” of our dinner routine in my kitchen. She asked me what I did to help Ralph, and then explained why what I was doing was bad for both Ralph and me. With smiles and encouragement, she showed me how a simple touch (at the right place and right moment) could guide Ralph. I was amazed by what Ralph could do when I gave him the proper prompt.
